New London wedding video on the blog, we loved this one!

How much do we love this couple? LOADS! This is one of those weddings that was just so much fun to film. Everybody was happy, friendly, smiley, energetic, fun, beautiful and above all Louise and Jesse are properly in love. I’ve not seen a couple beam at each other quite so much for a while, it was infectious. Louise got ready at Portobello Gold Hotel, right in the thick of the market, so the atmosphere was already set for the day. She chose to wear a gorgeous Suzanne Neville dress, which looked stunning. Louise being a model was a dream to film as she was just so comfortable around cameras and she looks amazing. Their gorgeous little boy Basil joined the bridal party to get changed into his suit and looked so adorable. He too has inherited his parents smiley nature…such a happy boy!

The wedding

Jesse and his Ushers chose to arrive at St Peter’s church in vintage mini’s (Jesse is mini obsessed a bit like my partner…so I felt at home!) They looked the part in black suits and slim ties. The vicar was great, very accommodating with a great sense of humour. So lovely to come across this! A ceremony filled with music was followed with a marching band (Brass Volcanoes) who lead the wedding party through the streets to their venue – 20th Century theatre. This is such a great space right in the heart of Notting Hill and perfect for the fun filled reception and evening dancing that followed. Street buskers, magicians (Darren Lang) entertained the guests, along with cocktails and the meal was fish and chips supplied by Justin…always a winner!

Susie, one of Louise’s friends from Knotandpop planners, helped the day run seamlessly.  Andrew Leo also joined us for the photography, who we’ve worked with before and is always great fun to be around. The Flowers were  by Jam Jar and were beautiful, we love those single flowers as bouquets.

Fake Tan kicked off the dancing and the ultimate surprise for Jesse was the actual, real life Crystal Palace cheerleaders doing a set on stage…joined by Louise complete with pompoms…every groom’s dream!! In his own words, Jesse is indeed a very lucky man, as is Louise a lucky woman. You two are made for each other and we loved being around you and soaking up the love and happiness. Thank you for letting us be there, we loved every minute; here’s to many more years of smiles and dancing :) X
